Quick Start: (Full Version)

1.  Install "easy_poll_maker.exe" on your hard drive.
2.  Unzip "easy-poll" zip.
3.  Upload the "easy-poll" folder with all its contents to your web server.
4.  Be sure the "log" folder and "log.txt " file within are writable.  For example, Linux/Unix permissions CHMOD 777.  If you do not know how to change file and folder permissions, contact your Host to learn their procedure.
5.  Enter the full path to the "Sample.php" file in the Address Bar of your browser to access the sample poll.
For example, "http://www.yourwebsite.com/easy-poll/Sample.php".  (Your Host will require PHP4+ which is standard).
